Located in the highlands of Quindío, Colombia, Finca Santa Mónica is the home of third-generation coffee producer Jairo Arcila and his family. Jairo purchased the farm in 2002 and, together with his wife Luz Helena Salazar, developed it into a specialty coffee project focused on quality, careful cultivation, and continuous experimentation. Jairo brings decades of experience to the farm. Before dedicating himself fully to his own coffee production, he spent more than 40 years working at Racafé, one of Colombia's major coffee exporters, where he gained extensive knowledge of coffee milling and processing.
