Finca Anaya is a family-operated coffee farm rooted in three generations of coffee production in Huila. Sergio Darío Aranda Gómez grew up processing coffee on the family farm and later specialized in cupping and sensory analysis. In recent years, he launched the Anaya project with a focus on specialty coffee, differentiated processing, and higher-value microlots.
