Las Palmas

Las Palmas Farm is located in Acevedo, Huila, one of Colombia's most important coffee-producing regions. The farm is operated by Brayan Alvear and his family, who represent multiple generations of coffee producers. Over the past several years, Las Palmas has gained international recognition for its research into fermentation and co-fermentation techniques. Rather than relying solely on traditional processing methods, the farm experiments with controlled fermentation protocols designed to highlight specific fruit, floral, and aromatic characteristics while maintaining balance and cup clarity.
