El Diviso

El Diviso is a third-generation family farm founded by the Lasso family. The current generation, brothers Nestor and Adrian Lasso, transformed the farm from traditional commodity coffee production into a specialty coffee project focused on exotic varieties and experimental processing. The brothers later collaborated with producer Jhoan Vergara of Las Flores Farm. Together, they developed new fermentation protocols and processing techniques that helped put El Diviso on the international specialty coffee map.
